For eligible orders placed during our Christmas shopping period, you can return your purchase up until 7 January 2027.

Christmas Returns Options

• 14-day refund policy: Our standard 14-day returns policy remains in place. Items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
• Extended Christmas returns: Items returned after the initial 14-day refund period, but received by us no later than 7 January 2027, are eligible for a credit note or exchange only.
• Final return deadline: All eligible Christmas returns must be received by 7 January 2027.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us  in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
