We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Any orders which are undeliverable will be returned to us by the courier. Any costs involved in the return of any undeliverable orders may be charged to the customer.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
If you have not put in the correct address at checkout we will not be held liable if the parcel is then lost.

Responsibility for Receipt of Goods

At Boinclo Ltd, we aim to ensure that every order reaches you safely and securely. We use trusted delivery services and retain delivery information where available, including tracking updates, delivery scans, and, where applicable, GPS confirmation data.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout and for ensuring that they, or an authorised person at the address, are available to accept delivery.

All Boinclo orders require a signature on delivery. By placing an order, the customer agrees that delivery is fulfilled once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and signed for at that address. A signature obtained at the delivery address will be treated as proof that the parcel was successfully delivered.

Where the courier confirms delivery to the address provided and records a signature, Boinclo Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or disappearance of the parcel after that point. This includes situations where somebody at the property, or someone granted access to the property, accepts the parcel on the customer’s behalf.

If a customer believes a parcel has been lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, they must notify us promptly and may be asked to provide supporting information so that we can review the matter with the courier. Where appropriate, this may include a lost parcel declaration and a crime reference number.

Customers must ensure the delivery address is secure and that someone trusted is available to sign for the parcel. If no authorised person is available to accept and sign for delivery, delays may occur and redelivery arrangements may be required.

Confirmation of Delivery

Our obligation to the customer is deemed fulfilled once the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered to the provided address, as confirmed by GPS data.

If the delivery service records the order as delivered but the customer disputes receipt of the goods, claiming that the signature obtained is not their own, the responsibility shifts to the customer. While individuals may dispute the signature, this does not invalidate the delivery confirmation provided by the delivery service.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

In the unfortunate event that a parcel is reported lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, our liability ends once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided and signed for in accordance with the selected delivery service. However, if a customer believes there are genuine grounds to dispute the delivery, we may open an investigation with Royal Mail or the relevant courier.

To request an investigation, the customer must provide a valid explanation of the circumstances, any available video evidence, a crime reference number, and a signed lost declaration form. Once these have been received, we will review the matter and, where appropriate, raise it with the delivery service.

While we understand how frustrating these situations can be, we are unable to investigate or pursue a claim without the supporting information above. Customers are therefore encouraged to ensure that the delivery address is secure and that someone trusted is available to accept the parcel.

Delivery Disputes

We will happily investigate any delivery disputes with Royal Mail, we have access to the GPS co-ordinates which shows exactly where the parcel was signed for, so will know if it was signed for at the wrong address. If the GPS show the parcel was delivered to your address, we will require you to sign a legally binding declaration form and obtain a crime reference number from the police, we will open an investigation with Royal Mail too and forward over a reference number, both the police & Royal Mail will liaise with you and each other regarding the dispute.
