You can return items in their original condition within 14 days for a refund, exchange, or a gift voucher.

Please follow our easy step by step instructions below:
All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.

STEP 1: READ BELOW TO SEE IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Returns sent back after this period may not be accepted and may be returned to you. Please make sure your return is sent within the allowed timeframe.

What returns do you not accept?

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all swing tags and labels still attached, and free from smoke, body odour, or pet hair. Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Any items damaged after delivery, including through washing or wear, are not eligible for return. We also kindly ask that items are returned in their original packaging and in a tidy, presentable condition, so they remain suitable for resale.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

The sooner you return your item, the sooner your refund can be processed. Once received, refunds are issued within 1–4 working days, Monday to Friday. You will receive one email when your return arrives with us and another once your refund has been processed. For updates, please keep a copy of your tracking number.

How do I request an exchange?

Through our new returns portal, you can request an exchange for a different size or a completely different product. Simply select "Exchange for a different product", browse our site, and choose your new item. Your credit will be automatically applied at checkout, and your selected item will be reserved until we receive your return.

When will I know when you have received my return?

You will receive an email notification once we have received your return.

Do you accept International returns (outside the UK?)

We accept international returns; however, duties, taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable if an order is returned.

STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR RETURN

Initiate your return through our dedicated returns portal.

Please note: Our returns service has a £3.80 fee. This covers Royal Mail Tracked 48 return shipping, insured up to £100.

Important Information:

  • The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • In the unlikely event of a lost parcel, compensation is limited to £100 by Royal Mail under the Tracked 48 service.
  • If you require additional insurance, we recommend using a special delivery service for extra coverage & sending direct to our address below in step 3.
  • Ensure items are securely packaged, either in the original packaging or another suitable mailing bag.
  • Include your returns form or invoice inside the parcel to avoid delays in processing.

STEP 3: KEEP PROOF OF YOUR RETURN

Ensure you retain the proof of postage and your tracking number until your return has been processed.
